I got it from a magazine the thing I like about it the most is that it feels you up because thats my biggest problem from those meal supplement shakes is that they never feel me up.
yeah i get upset when my shakes never feel me up...i like getting feeled up, it feels good

You don't have to use ice cubes to make a smoothie. I make mine with juice, frozen fruits and regular fruits from the grocery store.

I keep it real simple:

Orange or Apple juice
1 banana
and about 6-7 frozen strawberries depending on size
or
your choice of any other fruits

For some reason using ice cubes cause too much foam
