Nitro doesn't seem to understand that different people have different metabolisms. When he says he can eat "fatkins" and still have a six pack, my USB Bullshit Detector just went off on my computer. But even if he's not lying, there are some people who can eat whatever they want and not gain a pound. My boy in LA is 150 lbs. and bench presses 300, and can squat 600 - he eats a ghetto value meal every day.

Ghetto Value Meal = 2 Hot Dogs, bag of chips, and a 40 oz for under 5 dollars at the corner store.

This is probably one of the biggest myths out there. Anyone can gain weight if they eat enough.

If your friend ate that same meal every 2 hours for 3 months straight, I'll bet you he gains a shit load of weight.

No way jose. My bro has always been skinny. He eats fat foods every day probably for the last 10 years. His daily routine is: wake up, drink 2 16oz Energy drinks, eats breakfast meal at burger king, goes to work, has 2-3 16oz Starbucks drinks, eats fast food for lunch, another coffee beverage, eats usually fatty dinner, drinks 3-4 22oz of 2/11: Steel Reserve, pass out. Does this 6 days a week for years. Never gains a pound.

Bro, it's an expression. Of course if he attached a horse trough of lard, egg yolks and french fries to his face 24 hours a day he will gain weight. I'm simply pointing to the fact that people have different metabolisms, some quicker some slower. And that "tapeworm brothers" who come to thanksgiving and eat the whole table and still weight 110 lbs. exist here and there.

Come on now, lets not sweat the silly stuff.

Word....as does meth....it's a GREAT diet...
If that's the case then so is death.

A low carb diet is not bad for your health as some ignorant people will lead you to believe. A low carb diet does not mean more consumption of meats. That is a popular misconception....

Well then that's not enough for him to gain weight. Everyone is different.

How about if your bro ate 10 peices of bread, 6 whole eggs, and two cups of rice every 3 hours for the next year...you think he would gain weight?

He already eats a gain of carbs- breakfast meals at b.king- eggs, biscuit. Dinner he usually eats some kind of Italian food- pasta, garlic bread.

That still does not answer my question.

You really don't need to answer it though. It's a FACT. Anyone on the planet...no matter how skinny, or how high the metabolism...they can gain weight.

People automatically assume, damn, I eat everything in sight and still can't gain weight. All that means is that for you, it's not enough. Try eating more.

I guarantee if some skinny guy started eating 4000 calories a day, he's gonna gain weight.

But go ahead and disagree if you want.

Well then why in fuck are you arguing with me?

You quoted my statement:

"This is probably one of the biggest myths out there. Anyone can gain weight if they eat enough."

Then said, No way jose...and went on about your brother.
