I pace a lot at work. I dont really have one particular nervous habit though. I'll do a lot of different things. I just keep moving when i'm nervous

dont know if its a nervous thing persay but whenever i sit i tend to play with my ears,like rub my earlobes...sounds gay but it feels good,haha

I chew my hands. I have ugly hands from years of doing this. I don't bite my nails as much anymore. I file them down. But my fingers are chewed upon and I want to stop. I hate my hands very much.
