Like say for instance if I cant sell it in 6months, then I know I can dump it to an investor easy, but I'm gon take a loss in profits. Dealing with an investor is my worst case senario, but right now, like I told u I want market value cuz I aint had it but 2 months and it just went on MLS last week. Come Sept. Oct. I'm still sittin on it payin that 1300 mortgage, then I'll cut my losses and sell at 80% to an investor. Follow me? Remember I said you "Wholesale" to the investor. I use investors to get from under the property if I need to quickly.
