Seattle isn't too bad. It rarely rains super hard here. It's just either a mist, light to moderate rain or it looks like it is about to rain all day but never does.

But the gloomy weather does suck after awhile. It is good for days off from work when you don't want to do anything and you look outside and it's raining out so you can just chill and you don't feel like you are missing out on doing something.

shit was fucked up on thursday tho, one of my spark plugs popped and flew out of my engine, so of course when the tow truck came it was hella raining.....then the next day when me & the homie go to fix it, it fucking starts raining as soon as I call him and gets progressively worse :ermm: I just called into work and played madden until the rain let up

if you know how to drive and know the conditions it shouldn't be an issue. but most people THINK they know how to drive, but they fuckin don't.
