lo,@ you thinkin your NOT going to lose your license and WIN the case....dogg your up shit creek without a paddle, DUI is Guaranteed license lost for 1 year minimum, dont waste the courts time tryin to fight it because YOU WILL LOSE.....you'll really only piss the judge off for delaying the inevitable
you may not have felt fucked up, butplain and simple the breathalyzer will show you weredrunk beyondlegallimits...end of story, you got pulled over for a valid reason....

there is a possibilty to fight it and at least get your sentence reduced. but you have to be willing to spend quite a bit of money. first hire a dui attorney. depending on the facts of the case he will probably tell you that you can hire a toxicologist to testify that between the time that you took the breathalyzer on the street and the time that you blew at the jail, your bac was rising meaning that you may have not been over the legal limit at the time you were pulled over. so hopefully there was an extended period of time between those two tests. but if the tests on the street is high, you can get that thrown out. its not admissable in court its only used as justification to take you in to take the real test. as far as your license goes you can pretty much guarantee it will be suspended for a year. but you can get it restricted so you can drive to and from work and/or school. also you can drive to and from dui classes etc. good luck maine. the shit is definetely not fun.

injuring no1 in the process....does it mean u should do it?
if ure "str8 as an arrow" DUI thats fine.....
but its that attitude that gets hella people killed every year...
