see thats the thing,no it aint and fucka mainstream back when the Bay was hella buzzing in the industries ear NOBODY was making or worried about pleasing a mainstream audience yet the quality/creativiy of the music was 10x better than alot of catchy kickkick snare beats now musically/lyrically AND majors were taking MUCH notice despite it not sounding "mainstream".Dont get me wrong,I fucks with the "new sound" but when you got everybody thinkin thats all we're capable of and only worried bout a mill ticket and thinkin goin that route is the only way to get it,thats when our shit really starts "dumbin" down JUST LIKE THE REST OF THE MAINSTREAM RAP SCENE.Nikkas now only worried bout gettin on kmel(not everybody but yall know what I'm sayin)with a catchy ass party hit when less than half the Bay is tryin to take time with they shit and put out real classics.And kmel sorry asses is playin more and more of that shit cuz they know the younger audience is eatin it up AND right now kmel's owners is gettin attacked from folks fed up with their front bout being the peoples station so imo thats why they stay tryin to flood their airwaves with local shit now.Its cool to get stupid in the party sense but dont BE stupid.

I think for the most part this is a good thread with alot of real good replies to me personally its good we have a "movement" at all, But a the same token we got to be able to complete albums have soemthing for " The Hyphy Movement", make something for women(and That doesnt have to be sappy bitches like a hot beat and a catchy hook about sex, anything example lil Webbie)make something that niggas can ride too, make something with some substace where people gunna say damn that was deep. Get all the fans, make "HIP-HOP listeners respect you and make shit that street niggas can feel too, and like or not we like what bitches like, thats the reasons niggas do half of they shit they do for a BITCH! and dont nobody say not me! YOu Buy that car to pulla bitch, that jewlery to pull a bitch, etc.. So why not make that GOOD MUSIC to pull a bitch! (Quick Plug watch Big Rich album how different it is we are gunna shock alot of people!)

Most of you mufuckas doin all of this complainin is just mad because artists aren't makin the kind of music that you used to love to download off the internet ...
