has anyone stayed at the excalibur in vegas

Excalibur is actually on the North side of the strip, its in a walkable distance.
Make sure you request to stay in Tower 2, which is the upgraded tower. Its a pretty good bang for the buck hotel, and the location is good because its right across the street from MGM and New York New York.
Don't eat anywhere at the Excalibur, because nothing is good there.

i was going to stay at the rivera but fuck that.......it will probably be excalibur....and at the drinking questions im 36 days sober now..went through new years eve without a problem..and im going to do it in vegas..u can call it wut u want to but im finna be sober out in vegas........its no big deal to me.........
Yeah i've stayed there and it looks way nicer on pictures than if you stayed there, the rooms are old and dingy (still clean though). i wouldnt say the spot is THAT bad, i mean there are worse like "Sahara, Stratospher, Circus Circus", at least you're relatively close to the action.
Yeah this place is dingy but the location is FUCKING GREAT. you are in the middle of all the action. It's dirt cheap too. I mean the rooms are clean and its a place to sleep so i would recommend it over excalibur.

i feel you on the wanting to save money and shit for tables/gambling, but if you're gonna go to vegas, you should be there cause you can afford it. i mean yeah spending money on a hotel isnt super important until u get there and u have a weak ass tv, the rooms smells like cigarettes, no view of the strip. The hotel is where all the pregame goes on, drinking, smoking, bullshitting.

lol if she dont laugh at you then you're str8 but play it safe and get yourself a decent room.. the beds are more comforatble, and the staff is nicer.
If you REALLY want to save money and stay in a nice room go to treasure island, its not the prettiest from the outside but they just remodeled all of the rooms and now it's a 4 star hotel. it's really nice in there and they dont charge u an arm and a leg plus its a great location. if i was you i would go there.
PLUS there is also finer girls at regular hotels.
