@Coldblooded, yup I got mine at GNC.
The diet was very strict. You have to eat a lot of vegetables, nuts, beans and brown rice. You cant have any sugar, dairy or flour in any form, so this means, no citrus fruit, bananas, bread, tortillas, bagels, milk, cream, cheese etc. You can eat meat, I usually made chicken breasts, and spiced it up to make it taste better. You cant eat any condiments or foods with preservatives. I made a chili with extra lean ground beef, organic pinto beans, fresh tomatoes, onions etc. that was pretty tasty and 100% allowed. I also ate a lot of tuna, nuts, baked potatoes (butter is allowed), eggs. I made some home made salsa to use as a sauce to amke food more interesting as most of the stuff on the diet is very plain. I made an omelette with the salsa every morning. You cant drink any juice, soda or alcohol. Black coffee and herbal teas are ok. I basically drank water only, with the occasional V8 juice.
The first beer I tasted after the cleanse was done tasted so fucking good. It was so flavorful and tasted a lot more richer and fuller than before. The same with food, you really notice how much unnecessary shit you add to your food...
