I would say no, not really in the Bay. A few people on here say his stuff where he's not rapping about being a pretty bitch is alright, but I'm not a fan of his music or movement. That said, he's got the most buzz out of anyone in the bay right now. He's blowing up and is already on the verge of being mainstream. He has a mixtape with soulja boy out right now.
Big name rappers are cosigning him.
He sold out a show in NYC recently and the New York Times actually wrote about it.

Whether we respect him or not, he's probably gonna be the 1st rapper from the bay to go mainstream in a long time, but mainstream rap is pop music anyway.
