Yeah it is. I've been coaching hoop for a minute but this is my second year coaching travel ball (AAU). It's taken me a while but im starting to finally be able to draw up quality plays on the board at time outs and in practice and the boys pretty much run it how I draw it. To tell you the truth my boys are pretty damn smart but still get caught up playing streetball at times when they need to use fundamentals .
