Damn I had that same sensation when I got my wisdom teeth pulled out. As soon as that IV went into my arm bam I started tripping out like a 60's psychedelic cartoon. I felt my body go inside out and everything
IV for wisdom teeth? they gave me the gas mask and i was hittin it like it was a bong, in the end i tripped on the nurses( or whatever they are called) and when i got home my wife had to drag my ass into the house.

I guess it depends on your dental specialist, because you're not the first to question IV for wisdom teeth removal. And the specialist I went to see had some bangin' ass female assistants :knockout:

they do IV for wisdom teeth, but alot of insurance providers wont cover it....actually its a option for any dental procedure, but it comes out of pocket i think, and not alot people request it

^^^ nitrous fucks u up its awesome. i was 18 when i got my wisdom teeth removed and I ended up hittin on the nurse. when I got my job i learned thats the norm. lol dudes alawys be hittin on the nurses' and the women 90% percent of the time be all tripped out and bitchy always hatin on the nurses. its a cold world

::edit:: i install and sell oxygen and nitrous systems for the dental and oral surgery community in sacto and the gas aswell. if you breath oxygen in sacto and in a dental office theres a 95% chance i installed or maintain the sytem. scary huh

Waking up this early should be a crime... gotta check in at the hospital at 7am, then wait for the next 2 hours before the operation. That's a lot of anticipation time to kill. I wish my mom wasn't taking me in, she's throwing off this vibe of stress that's hella irritating.

I'll let you know how it goes... if I don't post by the end of today then I'm dead haha

Its alright man, i had that surgery about 8 years ago. I was stressing about getting put under, but then they gave me some demerol im my IV. I could of been told that i was gonna die and i didnt even care at that point, soon as that demerol took hold i was on cloud 9, (im looking for some of that shit for recreational use!) I only had to stay overnight, i went home the next day. Got some nice vicodins to fuck with after that. The painful part is not the surgery, its the actual recovery at home... that shit hurt, but i was poppin them vics like Pez candy, shit was completley good after about two weeks. Holla when you get out mang

I might be able to help you with that Demarol thing, Melo!

I had really bad impacted wisdom teeth, and had all 4 pulled at once, and they put me completely under, too. I think it depends on the number of teeth they are pulling and the severity of it. I paid for the whole surgery out of pocket, but in the early 90\'s, it was less than $1000.
