joining the military was the smartest thing i ever did in my life, don't listen to these haters. they don't know what the fuck they are talking about. Thanks to the time i served, I'm going to school and got one hell of a loan on a house and get special consideration for all kinds of employment opprutunities now that I'm out.
I dunno if getting married was a great idea though, military relationships have a high failure rate especially high school sweetheart type ones. I seen so many heartbroken muthafuckas when i was in, lord knows why cuz all those same dudes were knee deep in Japanese pussy the whole time they were out where i was at lol. fuck it at least your gonna get more money for having dependants.

Did you ever get stationed in the Middle east, sent home, re-assigned, sent home again...and then re-assigned for a second time, even though they said you wouldnt?

no, that shit hardly ever happens to navy personnel unless your special forces or you end up one the ground over there somehow, most navy cats volenteer for assignments like that if that is the case. I heard of one instance of that happining on my ship, it was a dude who knew how to fix the vending machines lol no one knew how to maintain them and they wernt due to get a new guy to do it until we got back. We wern't even at war at the time. I heard the dude was hooked up fat got extra pay and a stateroom and shit since technically his contract was up.
my cousin never complains thats its too hard and that ppl are yelling at him or anything like that. he just hates (and understandably so) how limited his freedom is. its nice when you graduate high school cause no longer are you in a place where there are so many can and cannot do's for 6 hours a day. with the military its back to all those rules and regs. thats what i mean by extreme structure. and then theres the whole who youre working for and what cause your helping...and we all know its not "democracy" or "our freedom"

Oh shit, the Air Force, man your gonna be chillin, even if you do go to Iraq or Afghanistan it's for only 4 months, unlike the 12-16 that we do in the Army.
All the people talking about multiple deployments non stop and shit like that, thats just us dumb asses that joined the Army and Marines, the Air Force and Navy don't have that problem.
Dude is gonna be livin good, shit when you get to your unit you'll probably be calling your NCO's by their first name lol all the Air Force cats I know say that shit is like a civilian job.
