to tell the truth, i thought i woulda gave up after a month or 2 of doing this. my life has changed a lot over the past year.
i've been sober for 6 months, not one drop of alcohol. havnt smoked or anything since the super bowl, i've been focused on work and trying to fix all the things i've fucked up. slowly but surely things are starting to work out, somethings i guess i fucked up permanently.
im only one person and can only do so much, but my main focus is on becoming a better person/dad.

as far as supplements the only thing i really know of is stimulant type stuff so of course thatd be bad. ECA aka Ephedrine + Caffeine + Aspirin is like the holy grail; burn like an extra 200-400 calories a day plus you aren't as hungry, but it raises your heart rate and blood pressure. Yohimbine is even worse for your blood pressure and heart rate and it doesnt even do much.
the only thing i can really think of is caffeine from clean sources like green tea for just a tiny little boost and very mild appetite suppression. but all in all its nearly 100% just diet control and exercise
