icon you know anyone who could repair my ps?

So about 1 week ago, my Ps4 had broken. In the middle of an online call of duty match it would shut down and not power back on, or I should say it would power on for about literally 1 second, and then shut back off. I contacted Sony through their live chat service instead of calling them, I hate talking on the phone.

It should also be noted I had a easiest time contact them 1 hour after and 1 hour before their opening and closing times,

After having all of the provided information, they provided me a pre-labeled box and prepaid box for shipping my Ps4 out.

The box took 2 days to arrive to my home after putting in my service order.

The requirements for sending it out were: Must have the PS4 system, no cords or controller, a copy of the purchase receipt for the ps4 ( if a contest winner, any documented proof of winning your ps4 will do), and a filled out form which they send you with the box. This form requires information such as name,address,and model number of the system and why you think it's broken.


After sending it out, my PS4 came back to me in a total of 3 days. It took 1 day for it to get to the Texas center ( I live in Florida), One day for them to replace it, one day for it to come back.

The system was sent to me in a Brand New PS4 box, no cords or anything, just my new system, popped it in and it works great! Hope this helps anyone with questions about the warranty process.
