I saw some dude a few days ago on the street trying to smoke his e-cig but something was wrong with it and he was looking at it all confused like trying to figure out what but couldn't and put it in his pocket and walked back into Gameworks looking all defeated. Kinda summed up the type of people who smoke e-cigs pretty well.

He probably had one of those shitty ego batteries and probably screwed his shitty beginner tank down and pushed his centerpin in so nothing was making any electrical contact
