Unfortunately for Darkroom, the buzz died many years ago, so therefore using "former darkroom members" wouldnt be the best way to go, perhaps just try branching out on your own and leave the past in the past..

I was a huge Darkroom supporter, up until like the 2nd or 3rd generation roster change, to be honest I have never heard of these guys, the cover art is simply horrible, and the last "former darkroom member" album i listened to was really really bad.

im gonna take a look on youtube and check to see if these guys are worth peeping...be right back

Unknown, Duke & Venomous - In The Back Of My Lac
wow this was just horrible...duke was always the worst on the mic out of the camp if you ask me..unknown and venomous were just blahhh...nothing new amazing or even above average...somewhat subpar actually...man, i tried...song was bad,but it could be old...but it was posted last year sooo...i dunno

Venomous - Gangsta
not feeling this, pretty basic rap pattern and the only thing im lightweight feelin is the beat which is aiiight..just another "gangsta" track....

Unknown - Northern Cali Thang
beat is very very simple and sounds like a first year producer
yeah...these guys have pretty simplistic raps like "pop pop with a glock, always on the block, fuck a cop, cause im always on top,
doing my thang, watching em swang, claimin my gang, its all the same"
CHORUS IS FUCKIN ANNOYIN AND TOO EASY

i dont know how old these track are...buy hey
yeah..ill stick with the old classics like Lil Wyno, the dogday releases, soundtracks to the movies, and some LowDown when im in the mood for some DarkRoom...hell, even Dyno was more creative then these guys. At one time Darkroom was poised to be a major factor in N.Cali rap... with artists like Wyno, Never,Crooked and Kee...powerhouse of talent, plus with the media attention, they had a nice genre up and running...For the Central Valley, Darkroom was a force to be reckoned with...sadly, most of the original members,as far as I know, have moved on to real life or no longer rap...
I do like seeing the name still present after all these years, but these guys really arent anything special...but i wish them luck in future projects and in music overall..we all know that Cali is a rough market to break into to and the fans here can be the harshest critics...
