appreciate that. so like if i wanted to buy that house (which i dont want) whats the amount i'd have to pay? or can you not tell by those numbers?

If its in Pre Foreclosure u would have to pay the total amount owed to the bank from the current owner, kinda of like takin over the loan. Once its in foreclosure the bank is already at lost and the price would be below market rate.
