On a real tip, DC has some of the most EXPENSIVE real estate in the area I live in. I was down in NW last week stayin at a foo's HALF A MIL house and it's a straight SLUM. I'm sure EVERYBODY knows that DC is hella fucked up, especially anacostia and they got close to million dollar homes. It don't matter how much the house costs, real estate is hella inflated, but you cant argue that DC is a slum. I think it works the same was the sco.
