Valid claims for the purchase of Madden NFL, NCAA Football, or Arena Football videogames for the Xbox, PlayStation 2, PC, or GameCube platforms (“Sixth Generation Purchasers”) will be valued at $20.37 per new game purchased, up to a total of eight units ($162.96).

Valid claims for the purchase of Madden NFL, NCAA Football, or Arena Football videogames for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, or Wii platforms (“Seventh Generation Purchasers”) will be valued at $5.85 per new game purchased, up to a total of eight units ($46.80).

So eight units for each is the cap unless proof of purchase?

if you dont have the proof, just do eight units. If you get greedy they may put your claim as invalid...

All claims must be submitted online at www.SkechersSettlement.com or postmarked no later than April 18, 2013.

Claims will not be paid until the settlement is given final approval by the Court, which won’t happen until the end of March 2013, at the earliest. If it is approved, it may take several months to review claims and get checks in the mail. Payment may be further delayed by appeals. The Settlement Administrator estimates that checks will be mailed late summer 2013.




And the New Balance Settlement checks should be out by the end of this month.

You get an email roughly every 3 to 5 weeks and they don't send spam or anything. It's a good way to keep up on all the open settlements, those that are closing soon, and there might be ones you actually have a case in that aren't posted here seeing we mostly post ones that you don't need proof of purchase for because of obvious reasons lol.
