fucke dup shit, most murderers killed animals when they were young. ive never heard waht pedophiles did for thrills as kids to get them to that point as adults?

it does sound like the father did not raise his son right, for the son to get to this stage. the son must of had his childhood stolen by his dad, jsut like michael.

from what i see, it looks like this kid if he made it to adulthood would of turned out to be like michael jackson. slumber partys, jesus juice.

is this the first time the kid did this? this will be the question. if there are other kids, than this is something that therapy cannot correct.

but if this was a one time thing, maybe jsut maybe, the son might have had a chance for therapy, and redeemed himself.

there has to be more to this story. it has to be deeper than just a father killing a son. this has to have started from early on in the sons childhood somewhere, either by the father or family members, or close aquaintances.

im still in shock of that mother and her jashon son dying from a guy who in the 90s killed another one of his sons. and seeing the relatives crying, man i tell ya, the world is as fucked right now than ever before. send me back to the 50s please.

Say what you want about this just being 15 year old "kid" but myself at 15 I was a horny motherfucker and knew exactly what I was doing when I was having sex. For all we know this kid repeatedly raped the baby and downplayed it to his mom. Either way that's a no no and we can not judge whether the kid could have been helped or if he would have gone on to rape other kids.....some people have a sick sexual urge they need to feed.... And some CAN also change. This story is pretty savage though.

so then what the fuck is rehab for, for people who aren't sick? There has to be a line drawn somewhere, you can't subject children to the laws of adults, and adults to the laws of children, but that's what we seem to do every time it is convenient and fits into what we see as justice.

Why do we need to draw a line?

Drawing a "line" is more illogical than not drawing one because it creates a false dichotomy of out an issue that has many different components.

When you draw a line, then you end up in situations where at 18 years and 1 day you are tried as an adult, and at 17 years and 364 days you are tried as a juvenile.

That lines seems extremely illogical.

But the doctors said their was no sexual contact during the investigation......They should have let the 15 year old talk to a professional. The dad obviously felt guilty about something, in order to take his son outside and execute him that way. The person who put that little girl's body in a suitcase deserves this kind of death. The fuckin faggot who shot those soldiers on the military base deserves this.

All of you saying a 15 year old deserves this, for this type of action are fucked up mane.......I understand he could have turned out worse as he progressed in life and that may be why you are saying what your saying.......But he also could have gotten help or been molested when he was young.....Like they say the apple dosent fall to far from the tree.........Now the dad is someone that needs to be executed the way he did his son...........

so he says he layed on her..he prolly did touch her in some way. He was young and behaving in such a way only leads to more twisted behavior yet to come. maybe the dad knew something more thats not listed here? maybe he knew his son was screwed up in the head...
LOL...slippery slope much?

The fact is, we dont know WHAT the 15 year old did to the 3 year old, nor do we know what he MIGHT do in the future. All we know is that a FATHER killed his own SON.

but obviously something was done to the three year old otherwise there would be no mention of that here and it would just be a story about a father murdering his kid, right.

That's true -and it definitely crossed my mind before I typed my response- but still, an arbitrary line is better, in my opinion, then none at all.
