Yeah but didnt the boy say he did something that wasnt right before the dad smoked him... Either way it was something bad for his own dad to smoke him... & Most likely he would of grown up & molested other kids/babies so it was best i feel the dad

how do you feel it would be murder in the second? he shot his kid and his kid begged for his life? no it would most likely be in the first but if the man was smart he'd plea temp insanity, however i dont believe many get off on that plea anyhow

when the police take down the incident report, you are basically incriminating yourself if your saying you did stuff with a 3yr old, right? maybe that is why we have the right to silence and anything we say or do can be used against us in the court of law and so on and so on...the 15yr old basically screwed himself by admitting blame..so thats really all there is to say about that
