I'm a little mixed up on this... because if his father hadn't discovered this happening, how long would this have continued, and what type of mental scars would of been inflicted on the child? Sexual abuse isn't something that goes away and is passed on to the victims and they sometimes become offenders... I'm not sayin' murder is right, but in this country we give those who abuse children a slap on the wrist...

Foreal give the kid a chance to explain what he was thinking when that happened. hes just a kid, how you gonna hold court in that same heat of the moment and just shoot the kid.

but what next? the kid rapes the 3yr old then continues his spree of rape, then murder when kids resist...he may have deserved to be sentenced to life without parole and event with this sentence he still would have the mind set to like little kids.

he didn't rape the girl, he laid on top of her, and then confessed to his parents knowing the taboo in our country -especially amongst minorities. That doesn't seem like a straight out crazed pedo... That's why I don't feel the father should've just smoked his ass.

so he says he layed on her..he prolly did touch her in some way. He was young and behaving in such a way only leads to more twisted behavior yet to come. maybe the dad knew something more thats not listed here? maybe he knew his son was screwed up in the head...

I was watching Mystic River and if anyone touches one of my children like they did the little boy in the car fuck the system shoot em dead.
