I don't know, this case is fucked up, so when do you not smoke a mufucka under 18 who does shit like this...14, 13, 12, 11 , 10? Cuz I know of instances where it was young mutrhas touching on an even younger kid and I don't think they should get they lil heads blown off.

I see what your saying, where do you draw the line? That's why I don't really feel the justice system. They put the same label on an 18 year old who has sex with a 16 year old that they do with a 30 year old who has sex with a six year old. They are both sex offenders. You can find both of them on the website I think a fifteen year old and a 3 year old are a different story. He was on his way to being a pedo. What makes you want to look at a baby sexually? Sure hormones are jumping and a thirteen year old might make him fantasize, perky breast, tight pants, lip gloss. but a three year old? A two year old? A four year old?

true..you would be pretty fucked up in the head to think this way. i think sex with young kids is wrong all the way around. event thinking of sex with a 3yr old, thats dam gross and i see why his dad blew him away! you can imagine the kid going to jouvie and then he gets out and commits a crime with a kid..why would anyone allow that to happen..dad was pro-active and must have known something

Therapy doesn't work for chomos or people with mental instabilities.

Yeah the kid was incredibly young, but im looking at it from this direction: multiple people knew what this kid did and NO ONE filed a police report, had him arrested, or anything. So then what? should the pops of waited till the kid was 18 and molested other kids before he took care of it?

usually kids get away at that age. he was 15..cops probably wouldnt believe he did that and dam that kid could say his dad made him do it or whatever..kids always have most of the upperhand because parents are responsible of them. imagine this- the parents of that little kid file suit against this dudes dad for molestation and dam they'd win! he'd pay for his sons mistake and his son would be put away just for a little while and probably do worst next time..the reputation of the dad is tarnished in his own dam community over his son's crap! that would suck badly

The dad went wrong by doing smoking his kid out in the middle of the street.

He should have woke the kid up in the middle of the night "Wake up son, we're going for a ride". Never to be seen again. Put that kid on a milk carton.

15 on 3 year old i dont know what to say myself but i have to agree with you, maybe he was molested his damn self

at the same time i dont think the father should be charged with 1st degree murder

Damn I'm about to go to law school and this shit is interesting. I would stack my jury with women as much as possible. Regardless of the law, women might practice civil disobedience when it comes to this issue. Interesting.......
