It's big but that's not what I'm talking about. Ask someone on the street in the bay area who Mars is, there's a big chance they ain't gonna know him. Ask a rap fan who Mars is, there's a big chance they ain't gonna know. Shit ask a siccness user who Mars is, most only know him as the guy with the mask who argued with Freaks about a bitch haha. I'm just saying, I'm not hating nor I'm I speaking down on him, but callin him a bay area legend is really stretching it. I have no doubts he's sold very many records, fans of that genre are hardcore and give some of the best support you can get. But would you really put him up there with the likes of E-40, $hort, Pac, Mac Dre, Hiero, RBL, Khayree, Baldhead Rick & Cougnut, etc? I wouldn't.
Nah i wouldnt put him in that i category i see your point but he i wouldnt put him in their genre of rap so for a bay area artist of his genre i would go out on that limb...

We kicked it with Mars one day, and the whole time we were with him, my husband thought he was Malice. But then again, all white people look alike to him.

Mars is one of the funniest people I have ever met in my whole life, and as many tours he does, or as much as he sees, he is still the same down to Earth friend he was before he left.

MARS BITCH!

Nah, seriosuly thanks to everyone that took the time to check the interview out. If people consider me a legend in my genre dope, but I am from the Bay Area and I rep it in my music. Pittsburg to be exact. I'm not your typical Bay Area rap artist, but I aimed not to be, right out the gate.
i forgot to thank u for sendin some work my way.right on

Last year, when I took my girlfriend in to get her an abortion, I was holding her hand and they put the vacuum cleaner attachment tube in and what came out wasn't a baby but, in fact, a pile of placenta-covered Mars CDs.

It was the darndest thing.

Last year I also opened up a jar of Skippy peanut butter bought from the bay area. (extra chunky, for those curious.) it had Mars' face in it. not Dre Dog's, not e40's, not even Mother Theresa, but Mars'.

As you can tell I had a pretty eventful year.
