It doesn't look like May 12th is going to happen.... I guess New Line doesn't want to put the movie out until the trial is finished with the whole Jesse James Hollywood thing, so there saying it might not even come out this year, now.
May 12th is probably totally out of the question since it's less than a month away and no promotion at all has happened.
