I'm not digging the accents on the songs. It's like he focused more on sounding funny than trying to put some thought into his flows. The album overall is nice, but the accents have to go.

I didnt think Eminem could do it again after being away for so long. but I was wrong in so many ways. Ive listened to that underground song 3 times in a row so far just to catch all the shit he says in the song. I hope Ricky Ross reconsiders trying to battle em cuz he will get killed. this is what rap is all about, I was sick of the d-boy, baller, pimp, dance bullshit and he brought it back

I would've agreed with you after the first couple of listens, but after you fully soak the album I can't really say the accents bother me anymore...Especially after you start hearing what he raps about you almost kind of forget he's rappin' with an accent.

Dre and Em are a deadly combo, that's for sure.

It just kills the "umphh" needed in your delivery as a rapper. If Em were to release a whole album of him rapping like a Lepurchan I'm sure fools would still be like "this shit is hot!". Fuck that, loose the corny accents.

Side note, this album is nowhere near Encore.

Wow, that's surprising to hear. Encore's the one Eminem album I don't even fuck with. That album was way too goofy sounding to me. Talkin' about his pee pee going doi doi doi doi-ing!

I actually like the "voices". He wrote some of the songs from a perspective of a serial killer/rapist, and so the voices are him switching in between the personas. He'll switch between him and his mother, for example. Or in another song he switches between a serial killer/rapist and the victim. Listen to the album, and it will make sense. I think it only makes it better and adds to the theme of the album. I love it.

You're correct....its on a completely different level than Encore.....

Encore is horrible....i would rather listen to soulja boy than have to listen to that bullshit.....I heard that Ass Like That song for tha first time in a couple years and that is tha worst song Eminem has ever done.....ever worse than that dumb ass foolish pride shit.....

yeah that shit is two hours long it goes through tha whole album....if you've heard tha album the best thing to do is just find a stream of it somewhere and skip all tha songs....then it only takes about 45mins -1 hour or so.....

and honestly i dont remember any of tha songs from Encore.....that album is so horrible i blocc it completely out of my mind.....ahahaha

I remember liking a couple of them. I remember liking the beats for Big Weenie and Rainman, at least. It was a very lackluster album though, so I've blocked it from my memory too.
