eBay prohibits hardware or software that would enable members to duplicate copy-protected material. These copy-protected materials include (but are not limited to)
- Video games
- Software programs
- CD-ROMs
- DVDs
- CDs

Additionally, eBay prohibits members from providing information about or encouraging the use of hardware or software devices designed to defeat copy-protection measures.

^Does this make any sense? What's up with all this B.S.?

Dude, eBay will cancel the auction if you even mention anything having to do with bootlegs, like "cd-r", "back-up", "recordable", etc. Shit, I just had one of my auctions cancelled not too long ago. I listed my old SNES with over 60 games. And eBay took it off just because I said that the system was "modded" and able to play Japanese import games. And I know for a fact that if I hadn't said it was modded, it wouldn't have been erased. Just to give you an example. Ebay's hella strict about that.

^ yeah I remember when 5.0 to name a few, had their shit taken off cause they wrote it was a 'cdr release' or some bollocks.

I bet that Deco-D cd only got cracked in the middle cause someone tried pulling it out the cd case when it was stuck. All you gotta do is press down on the holder and it pops out.. Not rocket science ya get me. I have a Family Cartel cd in which the previous owner did exactly the same shit. morons.

Man, ebay is strict! I just got another auction removed.

eBay Listing Removed: Firearms, Weapons, and Knives

The listing was removed because it violated the eBay Firearms, Weapons, and Knives policy. The sale of this item may also be prohibited by law.

The government heavily regulates the sale of weapons, and these items may cause harm to the eBay Community. For these reasons, eBay restricts the sale of weapons to a very few types. Sellers can list weapons on eBay under very specific conditions only.

eBay does not permit high-capacity magazines (magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds), ammunition with propellant (such as gunpowder) or blank ammunition. eBay permits other non-propellant items used in reloading bullets such as brass casings, bullets, and reloading tools. Sellers must state in their listings the actual capacities of any magazines listed.
