Most of those cities are close by areas where e 40 performed on the and1 tour, which brings in people from surrounding areas in to major cities. I think KC has a lot of moms n pops shop that wont show scanned but im sure its a nice sized number. Big arena = big crowds = fans are gonna go out n support. Even if you target half of the GRCard that still is big numbers on an indi scale. Gas up the van and start the promo campaign....

Those numbers have to be based off of the metro areas and not within the city limits of those exact cities, otherwise that's saying that people in the neighboring cities didn't buy shit. So your population numbers would be closer to 17 mil for the LA sales and 7 mil for the SF/OAK/SJ area sales.
