E-40 with his Revenue Retrieving': Night Shift album debuting at No. 49. With one week under his belt, the rapper's new album has sold 11,900 units.

This is damn good for an independent release. 40 once again showin em how its done!

West Coast rap veteran E-40's Revenue Retrievin': Day Shift debuted at No. 47. After one week in the books, the emcee's new album has sold 12,100 records.

So 24,000 sold so far.

the double package also sold 5k, so you can add another 10k to that since its two cd's.

Canada Amazon same deal, they are on back order, have to order one from a vendor on amazon instead, sold out quickly as hell on amazon.ca and amazon.com

ISN'T THAT ABOUT WHAT 40 DID ON HIS LAST ONE? BUT HE WAS ON MAJOR.. THATS A GOOD ASS LOOK TO COME OF A MAJOR AND STILL PUSH AROUND THE SAME UNITS INDEPENDENTLY... CONGRATS TO HIM AND HIS TEAM

Neighbor to E-40, Sacramento's Brotha Lynch Hung returned for a second week of his Strange Music debut, Dinner and a Movie. After reports published on DX yesterday that the comeback album was under-bought by retailers, the veteran emcee cleared 10,000 units.

I'll never understand e40, even back when he released his last cd's with jive... everytime a CD would come out most stores would be sold out. You'd think by now he would learn to SEND MORE CD'S!

but he probably is happy with those numbers, its always been slow and steady sales with them.
