make sure you dont support any street low shows in northern cali, dudes are phony as fuck. claim to be raza related, but yet never pays any Northern Cali latinos to perform. and only pays artist like e-40, hoodstarz, etc. aka the people that have notihgn to do with latinos or lowriding. tThink before u spend your money on fake ass raza trying to profit off of our people but not take care of them

Artists like e-40 have big fan bases and attract a lot of people to events. Thats not true to the same degree for 'northern cali latino' rap. Not that big an audience.

I agree, they do have very large audiences, i am a fan of e40 and the hoodstarz BUT, These are latino based events. Please tell me how many black dudes with dreadlocks (aside from the people with 40 or the headliner), white people, asians, or middle easterners ar at lowrider car shows?? These are primarily Chicano shows. 95% of the peple there are Mexican and you dont even have a Mexican Headliner at any of your Northern Cali Shows. Now Aside from that, Gilbert does NOT pay any latino performers but breads out all the black rappers. Do you see where im going with this?? They promote Chicano heritage, pride, and history like we're about to have a revolution but yet they will not pay any Chicano Artist. Fake as fuck if you ask me. When i was a youngster the homies would say," street low is a magazine out of Northern Cali helping our people, we should support them". Nowadays with the shit Gilbert does, Im hearing less and less of that the more barrios i travel to.

every Street Low show I've been to always has Latino artists performing on it, like Big Tone, Tito B or Davina, etc, they're just not promoted as the headliner

Lowriders shows are dead! Besides if you bring latino headliners that usually is a good recipe for gang violence.
