nah just fuckin with you.. a paisa is someone who dresses like a mexican cowboy and talks in spanish slang.. it can also be someone fresh over the border too, like the dudes you see kicking it at the parking lot of Home Depot.. those are paisas aka wetback, beaner.. etc.
