dogs are living beings that do not know any better and fight becuz they are forced..breed to fight or not thats not the point. the point is u got rich bastards condoning animal cruelty and making money from the "sport" of make 2 dogs kill each other..for what ?? money ?? pride in breeding a killing machine??? shit dont make sense. and its not hardcore or cool..some people think because that they watch or bet on dog fights are part of sum underground bad ass league?.. i dont know anyone that would be cool about any of this...

people are appauled by dog fighting, most people have been against it to begin with, and now that its in the forefront due to mike vick everyone sees this as a perfect oppurtunity to do something about it.
when 9-11 happened, everyone gave a fuck about security all the sudden. bonds was found using steroids now they care about steroids, when all of sports been juicing with no secrets for a while

I'm a little biased on this issue every sport should have regulations this shit is no different but because its not regulated it should be kept banned because of dumb fucks who go to great lenghts to make their dog suffer in order to simply make money, fighting dogs to death or fighting dogs that are weaker than the others is WRONG. If you don't treat your dog as a friend then you shouldn't have one.

I've been wondering why someone like Roy Jones Jr., who openly admits that he engages in the sport and even raises fighting birds himself, doesn't get any shit over "animal cruelty." Is it because we eat the fucking birds? Well, people eat dog all over the world too.
Seems to me it depends on the culture and where you're raised. If I'm not mistaken, Louisiana where Jones lives cock-fighting is legal there and it's pretty acceptable, dog fighting also seems like its more acceptable amongst southern states.
