i get it somtimes, mainly when i have my back turned to the door of my room, it always feels like someone is in the door way watchin me, i look couple times and no ones there so i just disregard the feelings, i never feel like someones over me, it usually feels like they are behind me

get used to alwayz knowing whats around u....
i used to just go outside in the darkness and just creep around....not on people or do no peepin tom shit ...id just walk quietly in the woods and listen to all the shit around me....just hear and notice what each sound is and recognize it to train my ears....u can hear some shit really far away or really dsitinctly if you train ur ears...
