the amount of ridiculous donald trump quotes out there are enough to murk the dude. not to mention getting sued for not hiring black people to one of his companies years ago, and a dozen other piles of mud you could sling at him. if you seriously think hes really going to run for president, then i dont know what to tell you

Donald Trump will never seriously run for President. He always does this just to keep his name out there and to add value to his namebrand. When he announced this latest presidential bid ratings of THE APPRENTICE went up, not to mention, he can't help but hype up that show when he supposedly seriously talking about running for president in interviews.
"why would you make a good president?"
"Because I'm a good business man...AND my show the Apprentice is one of the highest rated shows on TV."
If it's fuck gas prices start buying small, fuel efficient cars, walking/biking more often, and taking advantage of public transportation.

I think Kerry lost because people were still scared of a terrorist attack and felt that Kerry would be soft on terrorism. It also hurt that he criticized the Iraq War yet voted for it. The Swift Boat attack ads were the final nail in the coffin, even though the logic behind them was retarded.

I think it was once or twice, but through certain business ventures, not directly on his own, but I'm not sure.
Either way though, most of the people I know who think Obama is a socialist, and that congress was wrong to bailout the banks, have no problem with Trump declaring bankruptcy with his businesses.
