honestly go to ebay and search "dj screw chapter". It will take you to a bunch avalible at a store called parhana records. He gets his from the screw shop. Dude that runs it is real cool. Just look through the chapters, its up to 218 i believe but find some chapters with some tracks you like and buy it. Every chapter is a 2-disc set, side A, and side B. Thats the easiest way to find a real screw tape, plus they are remastered and the sound quality for the most part are great.

i have alot of real screw cd's, official ones. ive been on that shit ever since 1999 when my boy from work slipped my a street military cassette. i still got that to this day. i give props to DJ synical for really putting me onto screw and fat pat and ugk screwed and all that around maybe 2000, 20001 when i was really sippin syrup and no one on the west was but me, cuz synical came from oklahoma and was my roomate.. but some cd's or tapes screw put the same songs on tapes cuz he was just feelin that particular song that much, i dont buy those ones. cuz i got the shit (them songs) already. he has huuundreds of mixtapes and used to make custom ones for people. if its some fresh shit ill cop the original but its sorta like thizz, if you got 7 or 8 or the songs on a certain cd you just aint gonna cash 10 out for it. you might listen to it but thats the extent
it aint no beef with bassment music i just think people should really reach out to screws family and cop them tapes...dont give no one else even 3 bucks..his music has been a good part of my life once i got out of underground hip hop and i respect it enough where i wanna make sure his family get it and no one else, or if they gotta pay rent in the shop in houston thats my ten on they rent...
if you download it cuz you dont really feel the shit so much its cool but certain ones you just gotta cop the real album with the cover art
other cds until the internet has made shit so available, you had to cop it kinda like youd cop eastrippin in sd, someone had to put you on. thats how i even got screw tapes to begin with
