depends on the weights and the person. Thats how i started though, i did about 3 sets of 10. worked on my bicepts with about a 30 pound weight on each hand, i can do 50 but probably only 5 good reps.

First off Creatine is hard on the liver and kidneys, it's a diuretic...


Creatine gives you a "bloated" look because all it is doing is drawing in water and retaining it for a short period of time. You will lose all the weight after you stop taking it, its all water weight anyway. It doesn't build muscle, it doesn't aid in the repairing of muscle.


HOW CAN CREATINE BE A DIURETIC WHEN YOU SAY IT RETAINS WATER, DIURETICS DO THE EXACTED OPPOSITE ....

My diet plan i been on for the last 2 months it's working great for me biulding muscle and shedding pounds

8:00-60 min walking at 3mph

10:00- 1 can tuna in water and protein drink=50 g

12:00-1 can tuna in water and protein drink=50 g

2:00-1 can tuna in water and protein drink=50 g

4:00-1 can tuna in water and protein drink=50 g

6:00- lift weights 1 can tuna in water and protein drink=50 g

9:00-60 min walking at 3mph
I went on a very similar diet one time trying to cut down some weight and retain muscle...After a while i got so fuckin sick of tuna that i couldnt even stand the smell w/out gagging......Now i just stick to lean meats i.e. fish (not tuna) chicken...
