yoc influenced, NE 1 & 2 : straight classic LPs, real sicc shit
demonz n my sleep : dope sophomore release..
NE 4& 5 : average

BUT PERTAINING TO THE GHOST TRACKS ON THERE, THE QUALITY OF SOUND ON THE LYRICS DOESN'T MATCH THE SOUND QUALITY ON THE REST OF THE ALBUM ..... IS THAT CAUSE YOU HAD RECORDED IT @ A DIFFERENT LOCATION ???

OH THE GHOST TRACK, THAT MUST BE WHAT SANDMAN WAS TALKIN' ABOUT AND NOT THE BONUS TRACKS....YEAH THAT TRACK IS TWO BEATS BLENDED TOGETHER THAT I ORIGINALLY WROTE THOSE VERSES TO....IT WASN'T RECORDED IN MY STUDIO, IT WASN'T EVEN A STUDIO WHERE I DID THAT, THE HOMIE HAD A DECENT MIC THO' SO I LAID THE VOCALS DOWN ON TOP OF IT RIGHT THERE....I NEVER PLANNED ON PUTTING THOSE OUT BUT I FIGURED IF IT'S A FREE GHOST TRACK WHY NOT SLAP ON THE ALBUM SOMEWHERE....THAT'S WHY IT'S NOT LABELED ON THE TRAYCARD....IT'S JUST EXTRA MATERIAL FOR YA'LL TO BUMP....THE VOCALS AREN'T DISTORTED, THAT'S JUST THE WAY SHIT SOUNDS WHEN IT'S DONE IN SPOT NOT FULLY SETUP FOR QUALITY VOCAL RECORDING....IT'S GOT IT'S OWN FEEL TO IT THO'....IF YOU LISTEN CLOSELY IN THE BEGINNIN' YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE TALKIN' IN THE BACKGROUND THAT WERE KICKIN' IT AS I WAS RECORDING....
yeah, my bad Woodie.. i ment "Hidden Tracks".. not bonus.. thats sick u put those on there.. what era were those made? not before Yoc Influenced.. was it? u have any other material out there u never really released.. like stuff recorded during the Yoc Influenced days.. that would be nice to hear since it was an EP..u had to have more songs to put down..
This is a solid album. I bought two copies from Barney's and shot one down to my homeboy in Pasadena...Woodie I'm glad you threw Norte Sidin II on there. It's a perfect song to wrap up the album and it makes the CD a nice gift for anyone who hasn't heard a true Northern Cali anthem. I never got Life Storiez but always wanted to hear that R.I.P. Blackbird...ya'll really poured your hearts out on that tribute...and I can't get enough of Holdin On. That song is cold...
