so im driving home from school...im going about 75 behind this new tan impala...i go around the car and cut the 2 dudes off...next thing you know these guys are tailgaiting me.
i think nothing of it so i keep driving but these guys are right on my ass , i figure its 2 knuckleheads who got pissed. So i turn off my exit and these guys are still on me. I hear sirens, im looking all around like "damn some cop saw me", i along w 2 other cars in front of me pull aside and stop, im looking around and see nothing so i get going again...
all of a sudden the impala pulls alongside w some asian driver and some passenger which could be either white or mix hispanic or just plain whitewash asshole...theyre both screaming at me like lunatics "pull over fucking asshole, pull the fuck over. PULL over", i mean these mofos are screaming and cussing at me like someone would talk to you on the streets...
i ask them "for what? what are you cops?"
"sheriffs dept. pull the fuck over"
"let me see your badge"
passenger shows me a badge (in this day and age what little 10 yr old kid doesnt own a deputy badge and toy gun?)
"you aint no cops"
this is while were stopped, the passenger cop flings open his door and smashes my car, im thinking these mofos aint shit so i start driving, keep in mind im going about 20-25mph tops...2 blocks after the passenger pulls his gun out through the window, tells me "pull over asshole"
i see a gun i just slam on the brakes.
so they drag me out, im not resisting, they grab me by the neck and toss me to the ground...the one cop doing most the talking has his knee dug into my back as hes holding both my hands and tells me "dont fucking move asshole"...
im thinking i cant move, this dickhead has his knee in my back digs.
they scramble to find some cuffs because they dont have them on hand, i finally ask the asian guy, "can i please see your badge" so he does and i say "ok, i didnt know by the way you were talking to me that you were cops"
the other guy says" leave his fucking ass on the ground" but asian dude sits me on the curb and i start asking "whats going on?"
the cop says" hit and run asshole"
i tell the guy" you hit my car when you opened your door, i didnt hit your car, you hit mine"
dude say "shut the fuck up asshole shut the fuck up and dont say anything" it looks like hes about to start giving me a good ass whooping so i remain quiet and say "whatever man"
im cuffed behind some fat short bitchs CHP and shes asking me if i got any weapons blablabla
i tell her i got a medical card and there is weed in my backpack and in the trunk...she tells me "well were monterrey country ,that doesnt mean anything to us"
i tell her "were in santa cruz co, its my right if i got a card"
these imbeciles never check for my medical papers, they just get a tow truck after they took my approx 5-7 grams, have the car towed and tell me they couldnt find any medical papers in the backpack, bitches didnt even check the backpack i was looking right at them the whole time.
so after im in the patrol car they call in the cavalry and theres about 5 patrol cars w about 7 idiots just standing around BSing not even doing any reports just hanging out...
they take me to jail, charge me w
-possesion w intent to sell
-hit and run
-assault w a deadly weapon (the car when i took off on them)
-evading police
-transportation for sell
-reckless driving
im in the can from 2-8pm make 1g bail, lawyer is 6g base pay plus expenses, to get y car back was 220, now im looking at maybe losing my license,probation,fines,hiked up insurance etc etc...
word got to me that i might only get hit w poss w intent to sell, this came from reliable source(100% legit, trust me)...but damn this a bitch
everyone i dealt with from the chp to the sheriffs to the ppl at the jail...i was nice to them all, and they were all dickheads...i mean i.e. i asked dude at jail what was wrong w the phone, dude looked at me, looked at the phones(2 phones in cell, one was in use) then looks back at me like im a moron and just tells me to wait for the other one to be left alone...it wasnt what he said its how he said it and his obdy language, it all said "your an idiot for aksing anything"
just complete assholes everyone every guard i saw every cop i dealt with, all assholes...some dude was in the cell with his shirt around his head some dipshit gard i played little league with comes around tells him to take off the shirt(what the fuck for?)
