So last night I'm out and about at the bar... did it light weight only had 2 beers. Ended the drinking early at 11:30pm.
So it's 1:30am. On my way back to drop my boy to his pad I get pulled over by CHP because my license plate light bulb is burned out
They ask all the initial questions. Where I'm coming from, if I had anything to drink etc etc. One of the CHP officers says he smells alcohol so they make me do all these sobriety test and the breathalyzer test. I figured I would've passed since I stopped drinking 2 hours back. I had to perform the breathalyzer 3 times before they got a number they were looking for. .09 was what they claim I blew.
My boy was in the passenger and I asked if he could take my car to his pad and this doode was drinking waaaay more than me and barely finished his drinks half hour prior. He blows a .07 which mind boggles me and the CHP because he even told them, "I DRANK A SHIT LOAD TONIGHT!!!"
So 10 minutes after the initial arrest I'm downtown and I'm asked if I wanna do a blood test or another breathalyzer. Supposedly this breathalyzer was more "accurate". I do it. I blow a .07. CHP says they won't restrict my License because I'm under the legal limit. But in a 10 minute span how do I go from .09 to .07
Bunch of BS so I had to stay 9 hours in a holding cell with 18 other drunk fucks. I was pissed cause I was sober as hell in there.
