among other things for the holiday. first time we made dessert. my bro also made a bomb ass halibut dish with sour cream and cheese. and left us the recipe can't wait to have some again.

Things wer looking good until I saw that A-1 in the back there. Shame.

Only other thing I could be critical of (that's what I do) is I'd like to see a little more crust/sear on the outside of the prime rib (but looks like you achieved proper level of "done-ness" and for this I can forgive your other sins).

i'm kinda weird i like my steak and chicken with natural juices and flavoring too freshly made from the pan or the grill.

as for the au ju i'm sure my dad could do it but he mixes it with the gravy. i did go out on monday for a sirloin sandwich with au ju.

so i did get my fix oh yea!

yeah, natural herbs & spices & juices are better than processed sauces, but A-1 makes a dry steak tolerable.
