They kept the name, and the star to keep the recognition ^. But re vamped the menu, and advertisement for the chain. Occasionally the commercials have both logos in the corners. I believe the people who bought them out are also the owners of the Palms(?) casino?

Carl's does not serve Chicken and the menus at least used to be very different.

Carl's and Hardees used to be 2 seperate restraunts. The parent company that owns Carls, then purchased the majority of Hardees, in most locations they intergrated the Carls menu into the Hardee's, although at many Hardee's there still are unique items you can only get at Hardee's most of which are breakfast items, before the merge Hardee's was 'famous' for its breakfast menu. The 2 restraunts now share the same logo and color scheme also.

and the Maloofs own the Palms. I doubt they own Carls/Hardees, too. They do own part of the Sac Kings though, so who knows!

lol.. yeah i was mad too.. i didn't even finish it 'cause it was all soggy and i was still hungry.. but man.. i'm a skinny cat too.. but there's no way i can eat a double.. i've never tried.. but i'm pretty sure i'd fail.. the single 6 dollars have me good.. add the criss cut fries and a coke.. i'm set... too bad they chili cheese fries is garbage ttho.. i'd buy that shit every day if it was good... shit.. i went to weinshnitzels yesterday and only copped chili cheese fries.

No what ya'll need to start is a HEAVY DIET motherfuckers... like real DIET I mean... try to eat vegetables and shit.... NO SALT ? fuck it, it's natural.... NO KETCHUP ? fuck it , no need ketchup... eat healthy, treat your body good... serious talk man. Eat healthy, and do sports, go runnning or some shit. that's my advice.
