Can dreams affect your mental health?

I don't think it's even possible for a dream to have such meaning.. it should mean something you deal with in your life.. if you have some problems or if you are happy for a while but I don't think they can predict the future tho

im not out to convince anybody of anything..but i will say..i have had dreams where somethin extremely closely related to it happened the next day...real ass shit too...so i gotta say im a believer that u should really take some dreams seriously

I've had to take sleeping pills the past two nights..been having CRAZY dreams..all over the map. I thought I smoked too much to have long, vivid dreams..at least that's what I read..made sense, cuz I ain't been having really long, super-realistic dreams anywhere near as much as I used to. But now they're back and worse than ever. I think I'll lay off the caffeine for a while..see if that helps.

yeah it does. i be having the crazyest/funniest dreams. haha had a dream the other day that me and my friend was driving around richmond in the bentley from the cover of the carter 2 and yukmouth was tellin us to use his car and shit. then we was about to get on some dro but my principal from my school came out the cutt en shit.. dont make no sense. but yeah, what dude was talkin about in the original post does sound like sleep paralysis. my cuzzin be havin that shit.

I'm big into pills, but I won't take anything with Tylenol or any other NSAIDs in it, so I hate Vicodin, Percs, Tylenol#3, etc. I drink too much to be ingesting that much Tylenol, not fucking good for you. This girl I know used to pop Vicodin everyday and drink..ta-da..she's 30 and her liver is destroyed, she ain't gonna live long the doctors told her.

I'm big on these oxycodones I get from a friend, and Morphine. The oxycodones are nice and pure, you can pop open the gelcaps and snort them up nice. Morphines you have to crush up, but they are good as well.

last nite i had this dream and this is the 3rd time where im just laying in bed but i'm awake in my dream and then all of a sudden it feels like my body is being possessed, like something enters me. my heart is beating fast, my head is pounding, my legs and arms are being held down, i feel all this coming and i'm trying to wake up and snap out of it, my eyes are open the whole time but i can move or speak. then i wake up for reals and shit my body feels all drained. Anybody know shit about this. this is my 3rd time already.

YO MAN that same shit happens to me, usually when i stay up past 12 and before 3 thas some crazy shit, like no control of my body n shit, and then outa no where, i felt i was smilin, now thats the devils work, i meen smilin as in grining, and no i havent talkd bout this.......cuz i dont give shit bout it, its just a dream inside a damn dream, i found that out on my own. Still its kinda freaky..

I have that shit when I'm half awake.. my mind is awake I can think and see sometimes but my body is sleeping so I can't move it how much I want or try shit scared the hell out of me the first couple of times but now I try to fall asleep again because it's annoying as fuck
