I've been having a lot of really fucking crazy dreams lately, very vivid. Last night especially. I can't even explain what these dreams are about, but they've been very violent and chaotic with lots of motion and upheaval and lots of confrontation. They take place in all sorts of locations and usually involve near-death experiences. Can dreams affect your mental health?

I believe so..when you dream you are dealing with stuff out of your normal life, this can be very emotional (which can cost a lot of energy) and also people who dream and dream very vivid can also cost a lot of energy which means you wake up very tired and thus can lower your imuum system and you can get sick easier and attack your mental health

and those vivid dreams can affect your mental health the same way stress does I think.

last nite i had this dream and this is the 3rd time where im just laying in bed but i'm awake in my dream and then all of a sudden it feels like my body is being possessed, like something enters me. my heart is beating fast, my head is pounding, my legs and arms are being held down, i feel all this coming and i'm trying to wake up and snap out of it, my eyes are open the whole time but i can move or speak. then i wake up for reals and shit my body feels all drained. Anybody know shit about this. this is my 3rd time already.

That shit means something.. you should look it up if you have this more often because then you have something you should deal with

I don't think it's even possible for a dream to have such meaning.. it should mean something you deal with in your life.. if you have some problems or if you are happy for a while but I don't think they can predict the future tho

I heard if you lose your teeth in a dream, it's because you subconciously want to suck a dick. Like a faggot. Or a girl. Or a dog with peanut butter on the balls and shaft.

I've been having lucid sex dreams. In the last one, I jammed a large sharpie in a girls ass. It was great.

I've had hella dreams where I'm defending my house against the Japanese Yakuza. It's hella intense, then I usually wake up right before I am about to get killed and my body is all sweaty. Then, there's this other reacurring dream I have, where I'm fucking with all of the ugliest/nastiest girls I know and it's not a nightmare or anything, it's just regular stuff... then I wake up and I'm like, WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH ME!!!
