He has started selling Street Stories CD version now. Can someone say for sure it was a tape only and this is just rerelease? Also he's selling Redrum Livin da Life of a Hustla again after few months break. Wasn't the CD-r version of Redrum with red cover? So that B&W one is definitely repress!? Looks like shit as well.

Apparently he co-operates with Bumpin T. I see no other option as almost all of his tape to CD conversions are produced by him. SMG, 2 Black Basstuds...

I find it amusing how people continually buy reprinted cds from calstate for pretty high prices. The seller shill bids more than some of the European sellers, and people still bid on his cds all day and take the second chance offers every time. Completely hilarious in my opinion how people are such morons and continue to keep this crook in business.

I am not 100% on this but I think we all know those two releases were a tape only, and now calstate is just selling the reprinted garbage he always has done from day one. Even the cds he claims are "OG", such as the Big O cd and many others, they are always always slightly different from the OG release not bought from Calstate. Calstate is basically like that reprint "NINE172" seller from Germany, but because of everyday morons he is still able to sell cds on a weekly basis.

Yes, I always bid the minimum and wait for the 2nd chance offer. Be Gee actually was OG when I bought it. Not sure if I should bid on Young Joker... Shady business

that cant be a reason , the tape could sell high cuz evrybody thought its a tape only release but maybe j the cd version was just too hard to find and wasnt online yet..
i only can say that evrytime he wrote "it took him 3 years" or whatever how long, then he didnt have more copies of it..seems to be really real.also its scratched up so why shouldnt he sell a mint one then

lol he always writes shit like that. I think its the same deal that it was wit SMG and Munchie. First he claims it took '* years to find it' and then he starts selling it every other week. Slight scratches make it seem like unique one, not repress. Theres also different typing than on tape version.. Youngsta >< Youngtsa . I think I'll bid around 200$ and just look if I get 2nd chance offer.

yea if you expect a repress why you bid then ? i wouldnt bid a cent if thats the case...
but for that munchie and SMG he just wrote down how rare it is.but as i remember he had that Purple Darkside Cd and the Mac dash mone - steppin up to the plate for sale sumwhen and he wrote one of those "it took him a billion years" sentences under it and it never popped up again tho.thats all i want to say.but true if there are differences of those both versions tape and cd , especialling the Letters lol then it might be fake , i got no clue.we will see soon when he starts slangin mint copies of it :)

$200 for a repress done by calstate007??? He probably has 100 of them
I mean I'll bid 200$ just to see if I receive a 2nd chance offer after the item ends. If I receive one then he probably has plenty of em. If not then it must have been the only one. I won't buy it that's for sure. Just an experiment lol

Pretty sure he and Bumpin T have something going....guessing they made a bunch so I'll just wait a while and snatch one when it comes back to earth. Like everyone my Young Dre D Single, Munchie, SMG CD's all came open with light scratches....all looked to be made quick & cheap by the same manufacture with very little ID or markings. Either way I still would like a copy of that Street Stories...especially if it's digital audio off the original masters.

They may not be re-prints....he gets his hands on old dead stock thru connects. Since Munchie has been locked up they may have just been sitting for years....not sure tho.

Well whoever paid the $435 for the street stories cd will hope it is his only one, or I guess think before they buy next time if in a few months it is only worth $30.

Calstate could possibly be driving all over the US looking for rare cd's. The last time I purchased something from him he forgot to send a disc. I contacted him and he replied from his sidekick telling me sorry and he will get it right out. When I did get the cd is was wrapped in a shopping bag from an Arizona record store and the postage was stamped from Arizona. Maybe he was on vacation, but I think he's out diggin through record stores.

^^^lol that's a lot of work. i use to do that back in the 90's and 00 - 01 when i was trying to find stuff for my collection. he must be lookin in the right places if so because i would think tryna find rare out of print stuff now would be a joke. majority of record stores in northern cali are all closed up besides stores like rasputin. i miss sam goody tho. i use to find hella local stuff.
