Judging from scans it sure doesn't look like a CD-R and if it turns out that it is a bootleg repress you have a good chance of busting him as a fraud, because he's obviously aware that Japanese sellers have a bad reputation nowadays, judging from his item description. Maybe he bought it and just ripped it into his ipod or something.

None of these repress's are CD-R's, they're on glass bottoms/silver bottoms just like any official CD. Therefore a CD-R doesn't and isn't the only thing that constitutes it be OG or a Bootlegg. He's aware, because everybody asked. He updated his auction to talk about it. It might be real, but I'm not willing to find out.

I think that the cd in the pictures is 100% OG, because the inner rim of the cd where the pressing code is, basically looks the same as many other cds out of the bay area. Mac Dre OG blue disc has a pressing code similar to the BHB, but the only thing is the seller could have the OG in the auction pictures and sell a reprint.

From what we have all seen on ebay with the reprinted cds, is that the pressing code on the reprint is totally different from the OG. So that is why I am thinking that this Seller has real OG pics of the BHB cd up in his auction.

Here is his pic from the auction, and I Highlighted in red the area of the pressing code. @mr.sippygetippy do you remember if the pressing code was the same as in this auction of CC002?

Here is the OG pressing code to MAC DRE cd:

So for this reason I am thinking that the BHB up in his auction is the OG, but he could sell reprints and just have pics of the OG. Unless we have someone confirm what the OG pressing code is to BHB, then I guess people will continue thinking that it could be a reprint.

sherlock holmes couldnt do betta haha
yea but cool now we kno its og and not a reprint. And the Importance of this little inside Ring will defintily rise in future cuz i see its pretty easy to see the diffrence then ! those fake japanese bootleggin sellers can hopefully close ther false bizness soon!the other point u mentioned that hes doin the og pictures to the description but is sendin out a reprint would be anotha case , then u can get a refund cuz its not the item as described.
also dont forget to put all the Fake azz names to ur auctions even if they are changin their names evry month now lol

Last track on tape is called "kick in 94" and it's "kick in 96" on cd. Any difference except the title for those 2 tracks, is the 96's version a remix?

I finally got an email back from the seller of the BHB cd. I asked him what the press code on the inside of the disc was, and here is his reply...
