Well that's just the way it is because of GANG shit, but that doesn't mean every NORMAL Mexican citizen down here in SoCal is a racist. Shit might be said out of fun, but it ain't real. Anyways, that's more of an LA problem for the most part. You have to take into account that there are just more Mexicans. I think it's 10:1 in LA, for Mexicans to blacks. It's a sense of Power and domination, but it also stems off the prison politics, drug trafficing n shit. It's all about control of the streets. Mexicans might be killing more blacks, but I bet you anything, that blacks are doing the same. Overall, it's a REALLY stupid fight. Just IMAGINE if we actually united, how powerful of a minority group we would become.
One thing I notice though, is that blacks should welcome the latino groups as well. Blacks have a lot of power when it comes to civil rights n shit, but they only really do it for themselves. How about inviting, Latinos, asians and everyone else? They have the VOICES, but they mainly do it for themselves only. The got BET, they got people in the whitehouse, politics and other shit. That can be a way to end black on brown tensions.

That's BS. Me and my folks always hit up taquria's and we never say stupid shhh like that. We always call the taquria's by it's name.
I've come accross some racists mexican's that work in some of the taquria's. They stare at my girl hella long wondering what she's mixed with and then they talk about her in spanish (assuming she doesn't speak spanish when she does and she understands everything they say, and they be saying some racist shit). We went to one taquria and we were like the first to order and the last to get our food. The broad that was making our food was just staring at us like she had a damn problem.
When mexicans go to black owned places they don't get treated like that because "blacks" aren't racists against mexicans. We're only racists against the mexicans that are racists against us (like in Southern Cali). That's why up here blacks and mexicans usually get along.

LOL i know two brothers who were northerns (and were here with green cards) that got deported for fuckin up over and over....although id like to kick it with em im glad there outta my city.....those fools were nothing but trouble since they knew what trouble was....i had to make excsues for them all the time to other friends that they stole from....
