If new and interested in imports, based on performance I'd get the new 3.5 Nissan Altima Coupe, pushin 270 horses and looks sick. Or the new 3.5 Accord V6, 268 horses with VCM, meaning it'll use only 3 cylinders at times to reduce fuel consumption. They may be a little over 25k and under 30k considering they're new generations and supply is limited so you'll be paying msrp. You're not paying cash are you?

Was looking at all those besides the Accord =/. GTO w/LS2 is dope, but too ricey. Really looking at the 2006+ 3 series if I can get a deal, especially the 335i, but I doubt that's going to happen.

Impala looks like a slightly larger version of the Cobalt, IMO...

Get a Chrysler 300...I just saw one at a dealership 2 weeks ago out here for $18,995, 2005 fully loaded with 24,000 miles, white in color.

If your gonna get a 300 you have to do it right and get the HEMI I have an intrepid with a 2.7 and it is ok and I know that the 3.5 is faster than mine but I am sure that the 5.7 is way better.

Don't know how you can hate on this

V6 268 horses, not like the older accords 2002 below with barely 200hp with a V6. Shit their new inline 4 cyl is pushin 200hp now. Only thing that sucks is FWD, not too good for hittin corners.

I wouldn't fuck with beamer 3 series (excluding 335i turbo) or older Audis for euro cars, weak performance and maintenance a bitch like Kayvee pointed out. Check out used infiniti g35's, those mofo's are bad or a used lexus IS350, those fuckers are crankin out 280hp+ and 330hp respectively.

And the 300's ain't right without the 5.7L V8 HEMI. Surprisingly on fueleconomy.gov, they get pretty good gas mileage considering it's a fucking enormous 5.7 V8. But if your really want power, a used 300 SRT-8 6.1L HEMI pushin 425horses, damn.
