09 was a bad year for bay rap imo..too much hype but little to back it up..some good examples the jacka which was suppose to be the "shyt" been hyped for a couple years now but it didnt live up to its expectations and another 1 was Yuks album since he been promotin since the summer of 08 and it wasn't all that and the mixing was still screwed up..hopefully 2010 is much better and i hope turf talk b-legit san quinn and 40 all release albums to name a few
