the thing is they never even interviewed the cop yet, so all that bullshit about the cop mistaking real steel for a tazer is all speculation on the part of BART officials. with all the cameras that caught everything, it's there only excuse to cover it up...last night on the news they were interviewing an ex BART official of some shit and they quoted him saying "what MIGHT have happened is the officer PROBABLY mistaken his gun for a tazer because they are near eachother on the belt" or something close to that...which is bullshit like i was sayin in another thread, the cops life wasn't threatened, the kid was on his back with other cops holding him down, so it aint like he had to react fast and could have possibly gotten them mixed up, but even still, you know damn well when you got real steal in your hand or a fuckin plastic tazer gun, and its your fuckin responsibility to know the difference because you are trained to do so...
